The loft house has a 5m60 high ceiling with two metal mezzanines that allow multiple point of views. The glass roofs can accentuate the light but they can also be covered in order to darken according to the desire of the decor. There are two accesses to the ground floor from an ascending street which gives access to the living room, where the two metal mezzanines are located, and kitchen. The other access from a plunging street at the back of the loft, gives access to a small studio and the recording studio. The bedroom and its bathroom are on the first floor, with a window that plunges inside the living space, and a 2nd rooftop window.
