The tavern Impasse-Temps (Belgium) wa in operation for more than 30 years. Located in one of the most beautiful shopping
thoroughfares in the city of Charleroi, it is only a stone throw from the Rive Gauche; shopping center and 500m of Charleroi South Station. Nestled in a magnificent 17th century building at the foot of the city first fortress, this tavern has still original vestiges of the period. It has been updated five years ago without losing its ancient charm, blending the modern with the old. Each piece is different at each floor to make you plunge into a different universe each time.
The original staircase, formerly known as the oars´ stopover, that led to this ancient fortress can still be used
partly. Along it, one can access the hanging and shady terraces .....
